چکیده

Aberrant branches of the radial artery at level forearm have rarely been reported. Preoperative workups to identify aberrant this type also seldom performed. However, surgeons elevating a artery-based flap should consider possibility arterial branching. Otherwise, circulation both and hand may be endangered. We present case an anomalous branch that resulted in intraoperative alteration design. A novel technique was used preserve entire flap, patient recovered with adequate healing donor areas. No function deficits or subjective complaints were noted. In conclusion, aware superficial other located various locations during artery-related elevation.
